AnyRoR 7/12 Gujarat: Hello! Government portals AnyRoR @ Anywhere (https://anyror.gujarat.gov.in) and iORA (https://iora.gujarat.gov.in) are used to view and download land records online in Gujarat. Through this portal, you can get 7/12 Utaro (Satbar), 8A, old scanned records etc. sitting at home.
What is 7/12 Utaro?
7/12 Utaro is an important land document which contains details like land ownership, survey number, area, crop information, farmer’s name etc.
This document is required for agricultural loans, government schemes, land sale etc.
How to view and download 7/12 Utaro online (to view for free)
- First of all, go to the website https://anyror.gujarat.gov.in.
- On the homepage, click on “View Land Record – Rural”.
- There, select VF-7/12 Details.
- Enter the district, taluka, village and survey number or account number.
- Fill in the captcha code and click on “Get Detail”.
- Your 7/12 RoR will appear on the screen. From here, you can print it or save it as PDF (but this is for viewing only).
- To download the digitally signed (official) 7/12 RoR (valid for government work),
- Use the iORA portal (https://iora.gujarat.gov.in). This requires a small fee (around ₹15-20) and you get a digitally signed RoR.
- Go to https://iora.gujarat.gov.in and click on “Digitally Signed RoR” or “Digitally Signed Village Sample”.
- Register/Login with mobile number (OTP will come).
- Select District, Taluka, Village.
- Select Account Number / Survey Number / Block Number and click on “Add Village Form”.
- If there are more survey numbers, add again.
- Click on “Proceed for Payment” to pay the fee and make the payment online.
- Download the digitally signed PDF within 24 hours after payment.
- Note: If OTP does not come, download and use SANDES app.
- To get old (since 1951) 7/12 extracts
- Select the “Old Scanned VF-7/12 Details” option on AnyRoR and select the year to view the old records.
In this way, you can easily get 7/12 extracts sitting at home. If you have any problem, contact the local e-Dhara center or Mamlatdar office.
